Via a phone conversation, I have been told by U Tint Naing of Japan
that he will be coming to LA to attend our 15th Anniversary Celebration of
BASES on Saturday March 6,04. He said he will be looking forward seeing
long time friends at our Dinner Party.

Dear Lucas,
Thank you for your comments about the organization.
After the review and analysis of your comments about the organization,
we realized that this issue is nothing new to us. Ever since the
organization was established, we have cosidered wider and bigger range
of professionals to recruit. Even if we do so and change the name of
organization, we can expect there always will be someone, who will say
"What about us?". So it will never end. Anyway our commitments and
objectives are briefly but precisely described on the front page of
our website. Please take a look at it and also I like to suggest to
click "About Us" from the menu and read it. I think that is good
enough to keep it that way.

During his visit, he got chance to meet and talk with his very close friend
Dr. Khin Maung Win, who passed away few days later. He wrote this sad story
via e-mail to me. Dr. Khin Maung Win, a man with great humor and zest for life
