Business Development Manager

White Digital Media, Inc is seeking a creative and hardworking individual to assist with new project
development, design, and deployment. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced
environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a
high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee new project development.
Write business plans and send weekly reports.
Create and implement marketing plans and sales literature for all projects
Work collaboratively with IT developers and DBA.
Develop efficient data flow and data cleansing protocols on CRM system.
Seek new vendors in email marketing and data purchasing constantly.
Oversee Email Marketing Manager and internal newsletter campaigns.
Engage newsletter marketing strategies for the WDM brand and all media products.
Collect relevant business data and information from all offices worldwide.
Communicate with Sales Directors to practice new CRM system and adjust changes.

Requirements

BA/BS degree
Able to manage and lead a team of diverse talent
Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized
Must possess an enthusiasm to learn and a positive attitude
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of SQL
