Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Services Coordinator to join the White Digital Media in San Diego. This individual will assist the Technology Executive with the daily operations of the company’s network and all IT systems on site and remotely. We are seeking an individual who is flexible and a committed team player!
Responsibilities:
- Provide all essential IT services and help-desk support for all users on site and remotely.
- Troubleshoot all software, including business applications, and hardware issues.
- Advanced desktop troubleshooting (Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac).
- Manage Microsoft Active directory.
- Manage all open requests in Ticket tracking portal in a prompt and timely fashion.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Respond to all end user support issues in a timely and professional manner.
- May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 10 years of IT service desk experience in a medium-size company.
- Ability to support clients remotely via telephone and other remote desktop tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Takes accountability and ownership.
- Demonstrates a can-do and positive attitude.
- The ability to work under pressure in a live environment.
- 24/7 on-call and availability.
Work Conditions
- After-hour on-call support will be occasionally required (weekends and holidays included).
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components.
- Inspection and installation of cables in floors, ceilings, under desks, and behind furniture.
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers, servers, and peripherals.
- Occasional travel to other locations to perform maintenance or installs.
